Dot-to-dot Lacing is a game where children connect dots to learn numbers.
Instead of using a pencil: a colorful shoelace!

 What the game does:

• Cognitive: Children learn to recognize numbers and put them in the correct order from 1 to 10 (or higher).
• Motor skills: Threading the lace trains fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Creative: The result is often a picture or pattern they “make” themselves.

 Why use a shoelace instead of a pencil:

• It’s reusable (no erasing needed).
• It feels more like play than a writing exercise.
• It also develops the skill of tying laces and working with strings.
