Shipping policy

We ship from our store in Amsterdam with DHL and PostNL. Orders placed on a working day are handed to the carrier within one working day, and you receive a track and trace link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout on the order total after discounts. All prices include VAT. Delivery times are carrier estimates and count from the moment the parcel is handed over.

Pick up in store

Pick-up at Ceintuurbaan 143, Amsterdam is free. Orders placed during opening hours are usually ready the same day, and we email you when your order is waiting for you.

Playroom bookings and events

Playroom sessions and event tickets are not shipped. Your confirmation arrives by email and is all you need on the day.

Damaged, missing or delayed parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace the item or refund you. If a parcel has not arrived within the delivery time above, let us know and we will trace it with the carrier.

Returns and reselling

New playthings can be returned within 30 days under our return policy. Playthings that are part of our Circle of Play can be resold back to us at any time under our resell policy.
