We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you need to return a new plaything, we offer a fixed term of 14 days from the date of purchase. At this time, the return can only happen in our Amsterdam-based store.

Requirements

Please carefully review the following requirements for returning a plaything:

1. Condition: The plaything must be returned in perfect condition, free from any usage marks or signs of wear.

2. Packaging: The plaything should be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and intact.

3. Circled Products: Please note that circled products, which have been previously recycled, are not eligible for a return. We encourage you to consider our Recycle Policy for recycling playthings.

4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the plaything does not meet the above criteria.

A full refund will be provided in the same form of payment used for the original purchase within 3 to 5 working days.
