To have full attention with your baby. Babies are not only very sensitive to touch, they also love attention and rest. During the massage, these aspects are fully interwoven.
You will learn how to massage according to the so-called Shantala baby massage method - a centuries-old, simple method that is easily applicable. Through direct physical contact, you will understand your baby’s body language better.
You can ease bowel problems, constipation, agitation and overstretching. It may help your baby to sleep deeper or longer and find rest. But most of all, baby massage relaxes you and your baby, strengthens your mutual bond, and builds trust.
The course consists of 5 meetings of 75 minutes (15:15 - 16:39) on the following dates:
18, 25 November & 2, 9, 16 Decemver.
For 6 weeks - 6 months old babies at the start of their journey.
A maximum of five babies and their mothers/fathers.
Massage oil and booklet are included.
Of course you can feed or change your baby’s nappy during the course
