Dance heart-to-heart as a family

Connect, move, and share joy together through music and partner dance - with your baby close to you. This unique class is designed for both parents (or caregivers) to dance together while keeping your little one safely nestled in a carrier. Siblings are most welcome to join the experience.

This class is for couples expecting a baby, or parents with little ones from 0 to 2 years old, who enjoy music, movement, and meaningful connection.

Worried about whether your baby will settle in the carrier? That’s completely normal. The gentle rhythm of partner dancing and the closeness to both parents often helps soothe even the most unsettled babies. When you feel relaxed and connected, your baby feels it too.
