About the Presenter
Sonia Chowdhury is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and HTMA Practitioner, and the founder of Eat Love Thrive Wellness, a virtual functional nutrition practice based in Amsterdam.
She helps busy parents uncover the root cause of their chronic digestive issues, fatigue, burnout, and period irregularities through nutrition, mineral balance, and simple lifestyle shifts that fit their real lives.
Her work combines functional lab testing — including gut and mineral analysis — with a
science-backed, data-driven approach to help clients understand exactly what their bodies need.

We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable!
If you can no longer attend, you may cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, but your ticket can be transferred to another parent or used toward a future workshop (space permitting).
If we ever need to reschedule or cancel the event for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.
