Blooming Balance Yoga Class

Carol from Life in Bloom Yoga will be guiding parents through a nurturing, well-rounded all-levels yoga class that blends flow, stretch, strength, & stillness to support both body & inner life. Created for real bodies in changing seasons, this practice offers space for movement, rest, reflection, & connection just for the adults. No pressure, no judgment. We meet you exactly where you are.

Details:

• 1 hour session
• 45 minutes: connecting with your own body & mind through yoga
• 15 minutes: connecting with people going through this same messy adventure (tea & coffee provided)
• All levels welcome (even pregnant)
• Adults only

• Wear comfy clothes for movement
• Yoga mats & water are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
